Just to say how delighted I am with my pond – it is exactly what I wanted (and you don’t get to say that too often), thanks to your skill in building it into an incline. Also thanks for your endless patience in sourcing “pretty” rocks and humouring me in trying them in different ways – I love what we ended up with and it’s been much admired.
I’ve already planted a few alpines and transplanted some moss, and can’t wait for the spring to get some water-lilies in. Will send a picture of the matured pond (with a frog on a lily-pad, of course, I like setting myself challenges!)
